Fueled by coffee, she's always ready to hit the skies onto somewhere new. She began Cultured Travel after 10 years of living internationally where she developed a deep love and appreciation for unique cultures around the world. Experiential travel has been a way of life for Valerie. She brings her personal experience and passion for immersive experiences into her travel design. Each client itinerary is created with the same attention to detail and thoughtfulness as if she were planning her own.

Meet Chance
Chance grew up in Western Montana and attended Gonzaga University for a Journalism degree and to pursue a baseball career. He and Valerie met on a blind date and got married shortly after. Chance shares an adventurous spirit and swept Valerie to Southeast Asia for a decade where he worked as an athletic director at an American international school. They had all three kids in Malaysia. Travel never stopped even with their tagalongs, it just added more playground tours. At every opportunity, Chance chases tickets to sporting events around the world, or waves to surf after learning to ride in Bali.
Chance is now the pretty face of Cultured Travel. Anyone local to Western Montana will see Chance out in the community promoting the business.

After 25 years living abroad, Rachel brings a unique blend of local insight and travel expertise. It uniquely positions her to curate unforgettable adventures by seamlessly blending exploration, faith, and personal development. Drawing on her background in running guest houses in India for the past seven years and managing countless events and retreats, Rachel has honed her hospitality skills, ensuring that every detail of your journey is thoughtfully crafted for an enriching and comfortable experience.
